  • Personal Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, email, phone, address.
  • Business Information: Business name, permits, licenses, TIN, business address.
  • Transaction Data: Payment references, receipts, application/assessment history.
  • Technical Data: Device identifiers, IP address, browser details, login activity.
  • Supporting Documents: IDs, clearances, certificates, permits, and related attachments.
2. Purpose of Processing
  • Process and verify business permits, applications, and renewals.
  • Generate official receipts, certifications, and permits.
  • Comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Enhance service delivery, improve UX, and strengthen security.
3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on lawful criteria under RA 10173: compliance with legal obligations, performance of a public task, and/or consent.

4. Sharing & Disclosure
  • Authorized City Government of Tacloban offices.
  • National agencies (e.g., DTI, BIR, DICT) as legally required.
  • LandBank and authorized payment partners for transactions.
  • We do not sell personal data.
5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, and archival purposes following National Archives and DICT standards.

6. Security Measures

We employ organizational, physical, and technical safeguards (access controls, encryption where applicable, MFA for admins, logging, and security reviews). No system can guarantee absolute security.

  • Be informed; access your data; object to processing.
  • Request correction/erasure; data portability where applicable.
  • Lodge a complaint with the NPC.
